I'll be keeping you posted on my progress toward 50,000 burpees through out the year. If you would like to make a pledge in support of my effort, I would be proud to have you on my team.
To make a pledge:
1/12 - 100 burpees paired with swings
1/13 - 100 burpees paired with swings and pull-ups
1/14 - 100 burpees paired with swings and pull-ups
1/15 - 20 burpees before BJJ
1/16 - 100 burpees paired with kettlebell flows and fat grip pull-ups
1/17 - 100 burpees paired with mixed grip pull-ups and kettlebell clean reverse lunges
1/18 - 50 burpees paired with swings and fat grip bar hangs
