MAKE A PLEDGE TO SUPPORT MY COMMITMENT TO DO 25,000 BURPEES IN 2018 AND HELP VETERANS WITH PTS.

Help me crush my fundraising commitment for this important cause. The Courage Foundation offers innovative programs that are making a difference in the lives of veterans suffering from PTS.

I'll be keeping you posted on my progress toward 50,000 burpees through out the year. If you would like to make a pledge in support of my effort, I would be proud to have you on my team.

To make a pledge:

  1. Donate whatever you can to my campaign so your name appears on my donor role. State your pledge per burpee in the donor role "notes".
  2. At the end of each month, I will post my burpee totals for the month and send you an update so that you can make a donation based on your pledge.

1/28 - 100 burpees paired with 1 & 1/2 KB Squats w/ Swings to KB Lateral Lunge to Clean & Press to Iso Row Hold finishing with Mixed Grip Pull-ups

1/29 - 50 burpees with swings, clean & press, & iso rows

1/30 - 120 burpees (workout below)

Weight Cut Week for Grappling Industries Tournament

3/5 - 100 Burpees mixed with single leg RDL's, double KB swings, and pull-ups. Hot Yoga followed by BJJ

3/6 - 50 Burpees mixed with KB flows and pull-ups

3/7-3/10 Weight cut for Grappling Industries and had to let my rib heal

3/11 - 50 Burpees mixed with KB movements and pull-ups

3/12-3/14 - Travel for work, no excuses for not getting some in

3/15 - 50 Burpees

3/16 - 100 Burpees paired with KB RDL's and Skier Swings then paired with pull-ups and KB Cleans & Presses

3/17 - 100 Burpees, 50 mixed grip pull-ups, 200 KB swing, snatch, and clean variations, 100 walking lunges

3/18 - 100 Burpees with KB Complex 5 cleans to 5 front squats to 5 presses to 10 rows x 5 rounds

3/19 - 100 Burpees paired with 30 second wide grip holds for 5 rounds then the above LB Complex again

3/20 - Crush Session at Allied Strength
