Anthony and I have teamed up to raise money for the Courage Foundation. It offers innovative programs that are making a difference in the lives of veterans suffering from PTS.
We are pledging .05 for every burpee we individually do for the rest of this year. I'll be keeping you posted on our progress toward 9000 burpees through the rest of 2018. If you would like to make a pledge in support of our effort, we would be proud to have you on our team.
