Hasbrouck Heights Wrestlers are going to make BURPEES a part of our training during the 2020 wrestling season. We are doing this for two primary reasons: 1) Burpees suck to do and the exercise will build MENTAL TOUGHNESS and 2) To raise money for the COURAGE FOUNDATION to help veterans with post-traumatic stress.
Everyday, 22 veterans take their lives due to mental, emotional and moral injuries. The Courage Foundation offers innovative programs that are making a difference in the lives of veterans suffering from PTS.
Hasbrouck Heights Wrestlers would be honored to have your support!

As a Hasbrouck Heights Wrestler you are already part of this cause, as the coaches will be counting the number of BURPEES we do as a team during practices. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DONATE ANY MONEY.
We will be tracking and posting how many BURPEES we do each week. Our TEAM GOAL of 20,000 BURPEES!
